Back in 1980, the original Long Branch Businessmen’s Association was formed to address parking issues at the time and work with the then City of Etobicoke on area redevelopment.
In 1987, the Long Branch BIA was started and established its first budget to tackle some much needed beautification of the streetscape on the Lakeshore within its boundaries.
