The four BIAs in the Lakeshore area, working
with Councillor Mark Grimes, kick-started the
opening of the Lakeshore’s storefront Community
Police Station at 2986 Lakeshore Blvd. West
(on the north side near 9th Street) which opened
in April 2006. Thanks to much assistance and
contributions from volunteers, developers and
trades people, we have a great resource in our
Lakeshore community.
